Holiday Inn Almaty, an IHG Hotel

Hotel staff friendliness Farid at the reception was very patient and explained us the way around the place. The check in was super smooth and the staff are really good and prompt though some sections of the hotel near the lobby are under renovation.

The hotel has a great location across the Forum Mall & walking distance of a few restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean with housekeeping staff prompt in cleaning the rooms every day. The reception staff was helpful with taxi booking. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with cereals, porridge, eggs, sausages, bread, bakery items, juices, milk and tea being there every day along with the accompaniments like butter, jams and other spreads.

Clean hotel, clean rooms, clean sheets and washrooms and facilities. Pristine is the word.

The hotel is good, the staff is friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.
