Holiday Inn Almaty by IHG

I stayed on the 9th floor and enjoyed beautiful views right from my room. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they could communicate in English with ease. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, being close to the conference venue as well as several shopping malls.

I am staying since many years in the Holiday Inn in Almaty. Except the time during the pandemic the hotel always has got a good and stable service. The rooms are okay, the beds are fine, the staff is attentive and the hotel is a good example of "value for money"

The hotel has a great location across the Forum Mall & walking distance of a few restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean with housekeeping staff prompt in cleaning the rooms every day. The reception staff was helpful with taxi booking. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with cereals, porridge, eggs, sausages, bread, bakery items, juices, milk and tea being there every day along with the accompaniments like butter, jams and other spreads.

Restaurant was quite nice; Staff were very friendly; did great job!
