The hotel has a great location across the Forum Mall & walking distance of a few restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean with housekeeping staff prompt in cleaning the rooms every day. The reception staff was helpful with taxi booking. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous with cereals, porridge, eggs, sausages, bread, bakery items, juices, milk and tea being there every day along with the accompaniments like butter, jams and other spreads.

I’m always starting in this hotel once visiting Almaty, but this time it was not that good as before. when I tried to check in earlier firs persons on reception told me I can check in minimum 10-11, Inwas about to change the hotel and another person from reception provided me room. i was so upset because was staying in this hotel since 2019 always Im visiting this city.

The Hotel is in the city center and very close to Forum Almaty Shopping Mall and Kaktobe, you can reach to all by walking. I especially thank to the hotel staff for their kind hospitality and for the endless support.

I liked the beds and pillows, the quality of sleep was really good. The location is convenient as the city centre is nearby plus there is a huge and really nice shopping mall just across the street.
